Policies, Rules, & Regulations
Guests that stay at the Prairie Voyager Motel agree to adhere to the policies, rules and regulations set forth by the Prairie Voyager Inc. Choosing to ignore the policies, rules and regulations may result in the decision by management that the guest(s) leave the property without a refund.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
If arrival time is after 7:00pm please call (608) 792-0959 with an estimated time of arrival.

Cancellations require 24 hour notice by calling (608)792-0959 directly.
Cancellations must be received before 3pm, 1 day before reservation arrival date.

Guests must present a valid government ID upon check-in and must be at least 18 years of age to book a room at the Prairie Voyager Motel.

Room keys must be left in the guest room upon check-out. Any lost, damaged, or stolen keys will be charged accordingly.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the guest rooms, lobby or front desk. If it is determined that smoking did occur inside, a $200 fee will be charged to cover the cost of smoke removal and any smoke damage.

Due to Covid-19, bed linens and bath towels will not be changed daily for guests that are staying multiple nights. Clean towels and/or bed linens can be requested from the front desk as needed.

Motel Quiet Hours will begin nightly at 10:00 PM and expire the following morning at 7:00 AM. Please keep television volumes and voices low out of respect for the other guests.

Pets are welcome to stay with you in our pet friendly rooms, (25lbs or less). Pets must be registered at the front desk. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time. In addition to the regular room rate, a non-refunded pet fee is applied to pet friendly rooms at check-in. For 1 pet a $45 per night fee is applied. For 2+ pets a $75 per night fee is applied. A $200 fee will be charged for pets found staying that are not registered at the front desk.

The Prairie Voyager Motel does NOT offer breakfast. Breakfast is available at several great local restaurants! Coffee is available in the lobby Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:30am - 10:00am

Parking is available in the designated parking lot for guests of the Prairie Voyager Motel only. Guests with large vehicles or trailers are asked to park on South 9th Street, directly behind the motel.

Cooking is NOT allowed in the guest rooms under any circumstances.

The Prairie Voyager Motel is not responsible for accidents or injury, or lost or stolen items that occur during your stay.

Gambling, prostitution, and the use of drugs within the Prairie Voyager Motel is in violation of state regulations and is therefore prohibited. The use of any of these within the Prairie Voyager Motel will be reported to the local authorities promptly.
